Product Overviews

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese and French influences. At its heart is the chaotic Old Quarter, where the narrow streets are roughly arranged by trade. There are many little temples, including Bach Ma, honoring a legendary horse, plus ng Xun Market, selling household goods and street food.

Ha Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Junk boat tours and sea kayak expeditions take visitors past islands named for their shapes, including Stone Dog and Teapot islets. The region is popular for scuba diving, rock climbing and hiking, particularly in mountainous Ct B National Park.

Sa Pa is a town in the Hoang Lien Son Mountains of northwestern Vietnam. A popular trekking base, it overlooks the terraced rice fields of the Muong Hoa Valley, and is near the 3,143m-tall Phang Xi Pang peak, which is climbable via a steep, multiday guided walk. Hill tribes, such as the Hmong, Tay and Dao, make up much of the town's local population.

Day 2: Hanoi - Sapa Valley

• Check-in at hotel upon arrival, followed by lunch and continuation of tour.
• Local Sapa tour guide leads a walking tour to Cat Cat Village (Black H’Mong ethnic group).

Accommodation

• Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed
• Child policy: 2 - 12 years old must apply to Child with or without bed fare.

Meal

• Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
• If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price is about USD 5 per person.
• Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.

Transportation

• Tour will be operate by sharing vehicle. Vehicle type may change depend on the group size of participants in the tour.
• Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).

Entrance Ticket

• Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included.

Extension

• For Sharing Vehicle customer who extends their tour, departure airport transfer will be subjected to additional charges.

Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information

• Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operators control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost.

Tourist Visa

• We recommend that you check with your Local Embassy for the visa requirement of your nationality. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday.

Travel Insurance

• We recommend buying travel insurance before you travel to make sure that you are covered financially during the tour.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit and Full Payment:

• To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit of the total Package Price is required within 24 hours.
• The full payment must be made 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Before Departure:

• If you cancel after confirmation, a 25% penalty of the total Package Price will be applied.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will result in a 100% penalty of the total Package Price.

During the Tour:

• There will be no refunds for any unused portions of the tour and travel services.
