Itinerary

KLIA / KLIA 2 to Kuala Lumpur Hotel

  1. Upon your arrival at KLIA or KLIA2, proceed through customs and immigration.
  2. Collect your luggage from the designated baggage claim area.
  3. The driver will contact you in advance to confirm the pick-up details and provide instructions on where to meet.
  4. Once you are ready, proceed to the designated gate or meeting point as advised by the driver.
  5. The driver will transport you safely to your selected hotel or meeting point in Kuala Lumpur.

Kuala Lumpur Hotel to KLIA / KLIA2

  1. Please be ready at the hotel lobby or your designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
  2. Your driver will assist you and ensure a comfortable and timely journey to KLIA or KLIA2.

Confirmation Process

Booking Confirmation Process

  • Instant Confirmation Package: Once your booking is completed, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email. This will include all necessary details about your booking.
  • Request Status Package: For packages requiring confirmation, you can expect to receive a notification via email within 24 to 48 hours of booking. We strive to confirm all requests promptly; however, if you do not receive any communication from us within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Prior to Your Departure

  • Five days before your scheduled tour departure, we will send you detailed information about your vehicle arrangements, including the contact details of your driver. If any unforeseen changes arise, we guarantee that you will be provided with a vehicle of equivalent standard.
  • To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your confirmed flight details, including arrival and departure dates and times, at your earliest convenience.

Pre & Post-Tour Extensions

  • If you wish to extend your trip with additional pre- or post-tour services, our Sales Support Team will be happy to assist you with tailored arrangements. Feel free to contact us for further details.

Good To Know - Travel Information

    • Booking in Advance: To ensure availability and secure the best rates, it's recommended to book your private transfer in advance. This also allows for customizations such as specific vehicle types or extra stops.
    • Flight Information: Provide accurate flight details (flight number, arrival time, etc.) so the driver can track your flight in real time, adjusting for any delays or early arrivals.
    • Luggage: Make sure to inform us about any special luggage requirements, such as oversized bags, sports equipment, or additional baggage, so we can ensure the right vehicle is available.
    • Child Seats: If traveling with children, let us know if you require child seats, as they may not always be included by default. Availability may vary and should be requested in advance.
    • Waiting Time: Most services allow a grace period for delays, but extended waiting beyond this time may incur additional charges. Ensure your flight arrival details are correct to minimize delays.

    Terms & Conditions

    Deposit and Full Payment Terms:

    • To confirm your booking, full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

    Cancellation Prior to Departure:

    • A penalty of 25% of the total package price will be charged for cancellations made after booking confirmation.
    • For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total package price will be charged.

    During the Tour:

    • No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the tour or services during the trip.
