Prior Departure Date:

• Cruise documents will be sent through email 14-21 days before departure date
• Online web-check in is not applicable for Dream Cruises
• Please be at the cruise terminal for check in at the designated time as shown in your cruise document
• Important: Most cruise boarding will close 2 hours before sailing

• Rates are applicable to Malaysian & Foreigners holding employee pass or PR status in Malaysia only
• Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing
• Infant aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the cruise ship

• All guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months prior to sailing date
• Guests are responsible to apply for a valid visa based on the travel destinations
• Visa requirement for each country may be different based on guest nationality

• Name change is not permitted upon confirmation. Amendment of the partial name is subject to an administration fee

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 102 to 49 days before departure: 10% of full cabin fare plus administration fee
• 48 to 17 days before departure: 30% of full cabin fare plus administration fee
• 16 to 09 days before departure: 50% of full cabin fare plus administration fee
• 08 to 0 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
